Aligning Processes With The Business

Introduction
New types of processes and process issues are emerging constantly, creating a daunting task for most organisational processes. Whether these are basic improvements or a complete enterprise transformation, understanding the basics of process analysis and mapping is the start of the process path.

During a project you can encounter process types you are not familiar with or large numbers of processes that challenge project schedules. Further, you may deal with reference models from packages, industry and professional groups plus have the need to integrate various process models together. These models show you how to deal with these challenges.
