Event Overview

This annual forum has run successfully for the last thirteen years. It is a unique platform for delegates and speakers to share their compensation and benefit challenges and systems, and to exchange ideas and suggestions in order to resolve current problems. In 2010 the main focus will be Managing Your Employee Expectations Against Current Constraints.

FORUM DETAILS
We are currently searching for interesting and valuable case studies and presentations to be shared during the Forum.

A SAMPLE of potential topics, But are not limited to:

• Rewarding in uncertain times
• Creating flexible reward policies that can change with your company strategy
• Maximizing the power of non-financial rewards
• Effectively communication total rewards to employees
• Using reward to recover and rebuild
• Measuring and evaluating reward strategy
• Integrating your compensation and benefits tactics and strategies into you strategic HR strategy
• The role of reward in motivation and engagement
• Implementing a total reward scheme to attract top talent and become an employer of choice
• Managing culturally different perceptions of reward
• Utilizing training and development as an employee benefit

Presentations will last about 40 minutes. Case study presentations are particularly encouraged.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES & DETAILS

For consideration of your presentation, please submit them to katie.stanley@iirme.com as soon as possible. Deadline for submission is 4 February 2010! Please submit:

1. Proposed title of presentation
2. Proposed speaker name, job title and company name
3. Contact information including direct line, mobile and e-mail
4. Brief overview of the presentation (2-3 bullet points outlining key audience benefits)
5. A short biography and photograph (in jpg. format or similar)

Those individuals chosen to participate will be notified shortly after the deadline.

We also have a limited number of slots on the programme available for solution providers and consultants. Solution providers who wish to become part of the programme should contact David Thompson, Sponsorship Manager on sponsorship@iirme.com
