Programme Overview

The Corporate Cash Management Strategies programme is designed to address the needs of people who have the responsibility to manage, analyse and control cash within a corporate setting.

The programme commences with a review of the attributes of financial statements. You will explore tools and techniques to help you write effective and comprehensive credit analyses, which highlight and detail the important trends shown on the financial spreadsheet modelling. Then the programme moves into analysing the financial statements by preparing a financial spread sheet and then interpreting the results.

You will learn how to identify cash flows, value cash flows and ensure cash is effectively used within the corporate setting. It will address the latest trend and explore corporate failures that were caused by catastrophic cash shortages.

Programme Objectives

The goal of this programme is to provide you with diagnostic skills that can be immediately used upon return to your workplace. You will learn to use analytical strategies which will enable you to assess the degree of risk prior to approving or rejecting cash management strategies.
