In 1995, he started a successful web strategy and development company in Silicon Valley which broke new ground in business adoption - and adaptation - of emerging B2B and B2C internet applications. Clients included Visa, American Express Travel, Salon Magazine, Pacific Bell, Levis, etc. Drew’s team developed projects for clients across every industry sector and every emerging technology, and was one of only 12 companies licensed to develop using Macromedia’s generator application.

Drew’s focus over the last few years has been on using emerging digital marketing techniques for prospect and customer acquisition, conversion and retention. Drew’s goal is always to design campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver trackable performance metrics and solid ROI. Recent clients have included Procter & Gamble, Bell Mobility, Montecito Properties and Intrawest.

Drew has extensive first hand experience in designing and deploying campaigns that include many current "Hot Button" techniques: Search engine optimisation, online media, affiliate marketing, loyalty marketing, youth marketing, mobile marketing and eCRM.

Drew’s other accomplishments include negotiating pre-load and bundling agreements with companies like IBM, designing ErgoBreak software which received a US patent in 1999,
negotiating intellectual property deals, co-chair of the mobile marketing boot camp in Toronto which is now a multi-city event in North America, member of various advisory boards including macromedia and retail council of Canada (emerging technologies ommittee).
