To give you the tools you need to achieve streamlined, professional project coordination, IIR is pleased to announce the Effective Project Coordinator seminar, which will take place on 8 - 12 November 2009 at the Villa Rotana Hotel, Dubai, UAE. To allow for maximum flexibility, the seminar has been split into two separately bookable courses.
The first course is on Project Initiation And Project Planning and will take place on the first three days, 8 - 10 November 2009. It will focus on the project management process and concepts to allow you to identify, organise and coordinate the project life cycle phases for control purposes. Furthermore, it will look into defining the scope of the project, the budget and relevant controls for these to keep up with any changes along the way.
The second course will focus on Project Execution, Tools And Project Close-Out and will follow on 11 - 12 November 2009. This course will focus on the planning, organisation and implementation of the project management support and administration processes. Furthermore, it will look at quality control and supervision of the project team to ensure project objectives are delivered successfully.
On top of this, the knowledge you will gain from attending this two-part seminar will enhance your project support skills by exposing you to the full project management process using an interactive approach. You will discover the intricacies of the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) and explore the skills needed to boost your project management knowledge and role within the project process. Hot topics will include: finance management, customer relations, alternative banking channels, scheduling, risk identification, budget management and cost reporting.
