Course 1

Course Timings
Registration for the courses will be at 8:00 on Day One of each course. The courses will commence at 8:30 and finish at 14:30 each day, with breaks for refreshments at appropriate intervals. Lunch will be served each day at 14:30.

Course Methodology
Each course will be taught through a combination of presentations and group discussions, with interactive exercises throughout to enforce the key concepts.

Introduction

The course will involve working in pairs and in teams on case studies together with practical exercises from leading organisations in the Gulf region to gain real hands-on experience of the budget process.
