Kamyar Jabbari is a clinical professor of fi nance at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Stuart School of Business in Chicago and a consultant in project fi nance, corporate fi nance and valuation assignments. In addition to his academic position, Kamyar conducts a number of professional education courses in corporate and project finance and commercialisation of intellectual property in a variety of forums in the US and across the globe. Prior to teaching, Kamyar was Vice President and head of project fi nance practice at First Chicago Corporation (now part of JP Morgan Chase), with most of his career concentrated in project fi nance, utility fi nance and international banking, during which he acted as agent, arranger and fi nancial advisor on many large scale fi nancings.
Kamyar Jabbari holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Towson University in Maryland, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a JD (law degree) from Chicago-Kent School of Law. He is licensed to and does practice law in the State of Illinois.
