The IIR Middle East PA of the Year Award
Administrative professionals ‘make things happen’ in your organisation. They bring a wide range of attributes and skills to the job which include effective organisation, leadership and customer focused skills that enhance the efficiency of your firm. This Award recognises the professionalism and expertise of executive secretaries, PAs and office managers within the business community in both private sector and government organisations. Employers are encouraged to support their professional administrator’s to apply for this outstanding award.

Eligibility

  1. This award is open to all administrative professionals throughout the Middle East.
  2. All applicants must be employed in an administrative role i.e. personal or executive assistant, office manager, secretary or similar position.
  3. All applicants will be committed to a career as an administrative professional, ideally holding a fulltime administrative professional role for a
    minimum of three consecutive years.

Prizes
The 2009 IIR Middle East PA of the Year will receive a trophy, a framed certificate and a beautiful silver desk set kindly provided by Castalia Coaching and Training. Nominations for the 2009 IIR Middle East PA of the Year Award close on 14 March 2009.

Terms and Conditions of Entry
To participate in the IIR Middle East PA of the Year Award, please complete all questions in this nomination form and include all requested information and documentation. All applications and attachments will remain strictly confidential. Finalists will be selected from their written applications. Finalists may be required to participate in either a personal interview or a phone interview during March/April 2009. The assessment process will consist of a review of submitted documentation and a panel interview.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Your application is accessible to the Award Co-ordinator and independent judging panel and will be destroyed after the conclusion of the Awards. Names and addresses will be retained to form a database for promotional purposes of IIR Middle East.
